Little Delicious
Our Little Delicious, gluten-free, flour is made up of a proprietary blend of maize, tapioca, white rice, brown rice, potato and xanthan gum. It is also lactose and egg free.
It’s a blend that I (Erin) have been passionately tweaking over the years, trying to get it just right as my daughter gets eczema from gluten.
We use it to bake bread, cookies, cakes, pancakes and Yorkshire puddings, to make wraps and tacos, thicken sauces, and even to make a delicious pizza dough. It’s an easy 1-to-1 substitute for standard flour.
